Welcome to our LIVE Kitten cam!
This is a MULTICAM Livestream, so please make sure to check out the other Cameras. Note: You must be on a desktop to use this feature as of right now.
The ROAMING CAM is one of our cellphones, so will only be online when we’re in the room playing with the kittens.
Kitten Dorm is where wayward street cats in Los Angeles come to learn and grow into healthy, adoptable best friends! The humans you see occasionally are Colleen & Bobby (aka CatMom & CatDad).
There are 4 kittens, and mom. There are 2 boys, and 2 girls, and names are still being decided.
Please check out our fellow rescue & LIVE kitten cam the KITTEN ACADEMY! They have wonderful kitties available for adoption for all you Midwestern viewers!

Q: How old are these Kittens?
A: We think they were born sometime around the beginning of September, 2016. We don’t know for sure, but this is approximating based on their development, weight, and behavior. The mother cat appears to be less than 1 year of age. They were rescued on Sept 11/2016
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are the Greater Los Angeles Area (Shadow Hills to be Exact) California, USA. Our timezone is Pacific Standard time.
Q: Is this stream live?
A: Yes, this is a live stream of our Kitten room. We will keep it going 24/7 until the kittens are adopted. The stream went live July 8th, 2016.
Q: What is their schedule?
A: We feed them wet food 3-4 times a day, with free access to dry kibble and water 24/7. We are trimming claws every few days to get them relaxed with the process, and getting them used to being bathed. If you can’t see them, there’s a chance they’re sleeping off camera.
Q: Why are they sleeping all the time?
A: It’s very tiring growing into a cat, these kittens use up a lot of calories getting bigger. We let them sleep as much as they like.
Q: Are you a breeder? Where’s their mom?
A: No, these are stray kittens, that we are fostering. Mom was a street cat rescued by a kind cat advocate. Families like this one often have uncertain futures on the street, and oftentimes the kittens will not survive to adulthood. That’s where we come in! Foster homes like ours serve to rehabilitate semi-tame adult cats and babies and teach them how much fun human friends can be!
Q: I live in LA, can I adopt one?
A: Absolutely! These kittens will be available for adoption through CatLove.org, a no-kill shelter based in Chino Hills. They host an adoption event almost every weekend, but for details and upcoming events check out their Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/catloverescue/
and instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/catloverescue/
You can also email us at kittendorm @ gmail to fill out an application questionnaire to adopt.
Q: How much do you get paid for this?
A: We do not get any money for this. We volunteer our time, money, and our love to help ensure these cats get the best start to their lives! We rely on our jobs, and sometimes donations from generous cat lovers to help with food and medical bills.
Q: How can I help?
A: You can help us in a few different ways!
